●       Now you need to open your computer and configure the TCP/IP control panel.

●       You can also configure the router via a web browser. You can log in to the router setting by providing login details. Now you can change the default name and password you find in the setting area. Depending on your ISP, you can configure the router.

●       After you configure everything, you need to restart your device.

How to Clear Router History?

Some of the routers can log your actual browsing history. They can store the IP address you have visited. But the average router cannot hold your router history. However, if you want to clear the log history, then the below-written steps can help you with that.

●       Firstly you need to log in to your router via a web browser. At the time of setup, you were given a password and username; use that to gain access to the system. Now you can see the system page where you can find "Advanced." You need to click on that.

●       That will enable you to see the status of your connection, and below that, you can see "System." You need to click it.

●       Here you can find different bars, including "system log." This can be shown differently depending on the connectivity or router you have. You might see administration, history, or logs. Clicking on the "system log" takes you to a new tab where you can see your router's logged information.

●       Now you can either find "clear all" or "delete all," and you need to click that. Then you need to click the "yes" or "agree" button.

●       Now you can delete browser history from Wi-Fi router whenever you want.
